1. Encrypted Whispers

Before your data leaves the safety of your device, it is wrapped in ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption. Like a cat moving through shadows, your plaintext is never seen by the network.

2. The WatchCat's Vault

The encrypted chunks are handed to WatchCat, our internal sentinel, which places them in secure vaults (R2 or B2). We store the box, but we don't have the key.

3. Only You Have the Claws

The decryption key lives in the URL fragment (the "tail" of the link). It never touches our servers. Only the intended recipient can unlock the content. We keep our paws off.
